Drop Us a Line
The simplest way to reach us is by email: desk@crashsurvivorsnetwork.org. A real person reads the inbox, and we try to reply within a week. Busy spells occasionally take a little longer.
Messages we are always glad to get
- a correction, or a point you think we explained badly
- a question you had during your own recovery that we have not covered yet
- a broken link or a page that does not display properly on your device
- a note to say an article helped, which genuinely keeps us going
Things we have to say no to
We cannot comment on your symptoms, test results or treatment plan, recommend a particular clinician, or tell you whether a product is safe for you. These questions deserve an answer from someone who can assess you properly, such as your GP, pharmacist or the team caring for you.
If your message is urgent, please do not wait for an email reply. Use NHS 111 for urgent advice or 999 in an emergency.
Making your message easy to act on
If you are writing about a specific article, include its title or web address, and quote the sentence you have in mind. It helps us find and fix things quickly.
Your details
We use what you send only to deal with your message, as set out in our privacy notice. We never add people to a mailing list unless they ask.
If you are writing in
What makes a message easy to answer
- The article or page your message is about
- A short description of the question you had, without private medical details
- Whether you are writing for yourself or someone you care for
- If reporting an error, where you saw the newer guidance
Quick answers
Before you send a message
Can you recommend a physiotherapist or clinic?
We do not recommend individual clinicians. Your GP or hospital team can refer you, and many health services list local options.
Can I share my recovery story?
We read every story people send, and some shape future articles. We would always ask before quoting anything you write.
Is my message kept private?
Yes. We use your details only to reply, as explained in our privacy policy.
Questions? Write to us.
A short note is enough.
